Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is included on every order. No minimums or hidden conditions—we simply believe delivery should be easy and stress-free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. In most cases, your order will arrive within 4–9 business days, Monday through Saturday. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
For now, we only ship within the United States. Our focus is on offering the best possible experience locally. If we expand to other regions in the future, our community will be the first to know.
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Just contact us at Info@petroomies.com, and our team will guide you through the return process quickly and easily.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider might need a little extra time to post it back to your account.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, we do. If you’d like to exchange an item for another size, color, or style, just let us know at Info@petroomies.com and we’ll help you find the right fit.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
First, check the tracking link you received in your shipping confirmation email. If it’s been more than 9 business days since dispatch and your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us at Info@petroomies.com, and we’ll look into it immediately.
What happens if I receive a damaged product?
We’re so sorry if something arrives damaged. Please email us at Info@petroomies.com with a brief description and a photo of the item. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may still be able to modify or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
